Jay is originally from St. Louis, MO and is a graduate of the University of Nebraska. He has been in the car business for over 20 years and has several years of experience with the Porsche brand in a variety of roles. Jay looks forward to meeting you and assisting you with everything Porsche related. Outside of work you can find Jay on a golf course or baseball field. Jay is also a proud girl dad to Madison and Lilly.

Mark Madden is a seasoned professional in the automotive industry. With over 32 years of experience he is an incredible resource when it comes to selecting the vehicle that is right for you. His straightforward approach is extremely refreshing and his clients have shared that "if you want it straight up then Mark is your man." He believes that in these trying times it is not necessary to overcomplicate anything.Mark and his wife Lindy immigrated to the United States from South Africa in 2000. Since then they have put down roots in the Annapolis area and are raising two children Charlotte and Tim. Mark values family and is a committed family man. In his spare time you may find him watching rugby and F1.

Stephen began his career in the automotive business in 2019 and has been passionate about helping clients find the perfect vehicle ever since. As a proud father, his oldest son serves as a Corporal in the United States Marine Corps, his oldest daughter is a recent high school graduate, and his youngest daughter is currently a high school sophomore. Outside of Porsche, he enjoys boxing, basketball, hiking, fitness, and a lifelong pursuit of knowledge. "What drives me most in this business is the satisfaction of my clients-I take pride in closing every deal with professionalism and ensuring 100% customer satisfaction."

Charniece discovered her passion for curating an unforgettable customer experience very shortly after entering the Automotive Industry by supporting her colleagues to do whatever it takes to make each and every guest feel welcome, valued, and appreciated during every step of the car buying process and thereafter! In her leisure time, Charniece enjoys ensuring she is in the utmost physical and mental wellness by engaging in yoga, pilates, and reading books pertaining to the betterment of self and how to better serve others.

Chloe Trudeau is a Neuroscience major at St. Mary's College of Maryland who thrives on collaboration and teamwork. Whether she's on the volleyball court or working at Porsche Annapolis during her breaks, her passion for connecting with people drives her actions. She spends her time home with friends, family and her Dalmatian, Sadie, and two Zebra Finches named Tyler and Marla.

Christina "Chrissy" Wilson is a personalized service specialist who has been with Porsche since 2023. She is a passionate traveler and loves to inspire kindness in the hearts of everyone she meets. In her spare time, she enjoys strength training, thrifting vintage designs and trying unique cuisines all across the world. Her favorite vehicle is the Porsche 718 Boxster in her favorite color, Ruby Star Neo. "I am so excited to be a part of providing you with the most amazing car buying experience. Harrison is a dedicated member of the Porsche Annapolis team. He enjoys sharing his passions including skateboarding, traveling, and music concerts. Harrison is a fan of ska music, and enjoys wearing a fedora while driving with the top down. He was the tri-state regional champion in Tony Hawk Pro Skater 2 in 2002, and was also a secret unlockable character in the sequel

One of Rob's earliest memories is when a family friend took him for ice cream in a black 1986 Porsche 930, sparking a life long love for Porsche cars. Rob has been in automotive service since 2001. He enjoys getting to know other car enthusiasts and helping them maintain their vehicles.

David McDowell, originally from the Annapolis area, began his career in 2002 when he enlisted in the Air Force as a C-130 Aircraft Mechanic. This experience instilled in him an exceptional attention to detail and unwavering integrity. After over 20 years in the automotive industry, David then joined Porsche in 2011. He has not only earned his Gold and Classic Masters Certifications but also spent a decade as the shop foreman, mentoring and leading the next generation of Porsche technicians at Porsche Annapolis.Now serving as the Assistant Service Manager and Workshop Manager, David is dedicated to delivering unparalleled service and support.Outside of work, he finds joy in spending time with his loving family. He is a devoted husband and a proud father to his two sons. David's passion for cars extends beyond the workshop, as he loves introducing his family to the world of automobiles. You might even find them exploring various car shows in downtown Annapolis, where they can appreciate the artistry and engineering behind these incredible machines. Passionate about his work and his team, David takes immense pride in being part of the Porsche Annapolis family and is eager to ensure your Porsche receives top-notch care.

Alex was born in Maryland and currently resides in Bowie. He attended Lincoln Technical Institute in Columbia, Maryland. Alex loves spending time with his beautiful family, including his two Rottweilers. He has always been fond of German engineering. Coming from BMW with six years of experience, Alex started his new career with Porsche Annapolis in May 2015. Alex's mission is to become a Porsche Gold Meister Technician and provide our clients with the best Porsche experience.

Jamie has been in the automotive industry since 1995 and since 2009, he has been working with high end German cars. Outside of work, you can him find spending time with his family, playing guitar and riding motorcycles.

Hugo's appreciation for the Porsche brand may stem from spending his early years in Germany via his father's career in the military. His enjoyment of precision engineering and quality design came later, as he completed his first project car while studying graphic art and working at Rhode Island School of Design. Hugo is proud to be a part of the team at Porsche Annapolis, and his dedication to high service standards are appreciated by co-workers and clients alike.

Rob is originally from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, but has been living in Maryland since 1996 and currently resides in Pasadena, Maryland. Rob has been working in different areas of the automotive industry since 2012. He most recently spent 6 years working with Volkswagen as a service advisor. Rob's first car was a 2001 VW Jetta that he purchased in 2010, and he has spent countless hours modifying it and making it his own, and to this day he still owns it and attends car shows and other automotive events throughout the year. Rob's favorite Porsche model is the 911 GT3 RS. Rob is excited to be a part of the Porsche Annapolis team, and looks forward to serving each guest to help them maintain their Porsches.

Kayla is new to the automotive industry, but comes from a family of mechanics, so she has always been involved with cars. Kayla has a passion for people, and she is excited to work with the team at Porsche Annapolis. Kayla's favorite Porsche is the 6-Speed 718 Cayman GT4 RS in Aventurine Green with Satin black wheels with the outer lip in racing yellow.In her free time, Kayla loves to cook for people, and she would like to continue honing her culinary skills to bring her food to more people in the future.

Jeffrey has been with Porsche Annapolis since 2019. He oversees the valet staff within the service department, mentoring new employees to provide a high level of professionalism & excellent customer service. You will always find him with a smile, no matter if he's shuttling customers around town, organizing runs or putting final touches on customer vehicles before delivery. Many customers come in asking for Jeff specifically. When he's not at Porsche, he enjoys spending time with his loved ones.

Morgan is a valuable member of the Porsche Annapolis team. She is the fifth generation of her family to work in the automotive industry, but the very first in her family to work in the European market. In her free time, Morgan has learned about Super Diesel while restoring her 1940 McCormick Farmall Super A tractor. She also enjoys para sled hockey and watching hockey games with friends and family.

Maxxyne has been in the auto industry since 2019. She started in aftermarket parts before moving to dealership parts. Outside of work she enjoys video games, auto racing, and working on cars with her husband.

Guillermo has been working in the automotive industry for over 10 years, and has been a valued member of the Porsche Annapolis team for over a year. He is a dedicated member of the team, and serves guests quickly and efficiently. In his free time, Guillermo enjoys making memories with his family. He is also passionate about photography, videography, and online content creation through social media.

Alex is a travel lover with a soft spot for Brazil, his favorite destination. A big FC Barcelona fan and proud AMC A-List member, he's always up for a good movie. On his days off, you'll find him playing soccer or hanging out with his cat, Lucy.
